To ensure the achievement of the conference's objectives, submitted research papers will undergo a thorough scientific review, and must meet the following criteria:
- Adherence to the conference themes accurately.
- The research should be original, linguistically sound, and comply with established scientific research norms.
- The research should be organized into appropriate headings; it must include an abstract not exceeding 400 words and include 5 keywords.
- The research must not have been published before or presented at any previous scientific event.
- Footnotes must reference the related book with the author’s name, title, edition number, publisher, location, year, volume, and page number. If there is no edition number, write "n.d."; if there is no publication date, write "n.d."
- The research should be between 15 and 25 pages, with a font size of 16 for the main text and 14 for footnotes, in Traditional Arabic font, with 2.5 cm margins on all four sides of the page.
- Quranic verses should be written in the Uthmani script, and Hadiths should be sourced from original references.
- The research should conclude with a summary that includes the research findings and recommendations.
- A resume of the researcher should be attached to the research.
- The researcher must comply with any modifications requested by the review committee within the specified timeframe.
- Accepted papers will be published in a special book of conference proceedings.
- Researchers will be granted a participation certificate for the conference.
- Researchers will receive a conference bag.
- Researchers are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
