​The conference aims to realize the following goals: 

1. Link the Arab and Muslim mind with its due originality, enable it to properly understand its reality and time, keep a tight rein on its culture and identity, so that it would be a producer of ideas and qualified for innovation, which requires reconstitution and arrangement of priorities.
2. Highlight the essence of components creating the problem.
3. Showcase the elements of harmony and difference among heritage, history and civilizational awareness.
4. Highlight and describe the challenges facing the following three elements: heritage, history and civilizational awareness.
5. Examine the elements of re-evaluation of identity and build the civilizational awareness.
6. Promote the scholarly studies and projects on this field.
