Research papers will undergo a rigorous review process and must meet the following criteria:
- The research must be within the conference themes.
- The research should be original, objective, and well-written according to scientific research standards.
- The research must not have been previously published in a scientific journal, presented at another scientific conference, or any other event.
- Two abstracts must be attached, one in Arabic and the other in English, each not exceeding 200 words, with keywords listed after the abstract.
- The research should be between 15 to 25 pages, including references and appendices.
- Upon approval of the title and abstract, the full paper should be submitted, not exceeding 7000 words, including footnotes and references, typed in Simplified Arabic font, size 14 for the text and size 12 for the footnotes.
- The research must conclude with a summary of findings and recommendations.
- A brief CV of the researcher should be attached to the research paper.
- The researcher must make any revisions requested by the review committee within the specified timeframe.
- The research can be written and submitted in either Arabic or English.
- Accepted papers will be published in a special book of conference proceedings.
- The researcher will receive a certificate of participation in the conference.
- The researcher is responsible for travel and accommodation expenses.
