Unit Responsibilities

  1. ​Coordinate with the practical departments and college deans.
  2. Communicate with governmental entities, private companies, and other training venues.
  3. Monitor the implementation of the training process.
  4. Prepare a database of entities and companies collaborating with the unit in the field of practical training.
  5. Hold meetings with various job market institutions, contacting them well in advance to coordinate the acceptance of trainee students.
  6. Determine the timeline for the practical training program in collaboration with the colleges.
  7. Allocate trainee students to receiving entities.
  8. Conduct preparatory lectures and workshops for students prior to the commencement of training.
  9. Follow up on trainees in coordination with supervisors, ensuring the smooth progress of the training process.
  10. Hold meetings with supervisors to update them on any developments.
  11. Receive reports and surveys at the end of the training process.​​
