Awareness of the suppliers' importance to the University is the cornerstone in the procurement process. So, we seek to attract suppliers offering the best bids to deal with, so that the work quality would be ensured, and also to provide the best services and meet the requirements that contribute to the advancement of the educational process in Al Qasimia University. The Directorate furthermore seeks to computerize all its administrative procedures, starting from reserving the financial allocations and ending up with the procurement of materials, receiving them and listing them in the registry records in a way that secures the effective excellence for the Directorate's work. ​
