The Procurement & Services Directorate in the University seeks to offer the necessary services of supply and delivery to ensure the application of the highest standards of quality. With the help of the Financial Directorate, the Procurement Directorate is committed, through its continual efforts, to securing and meeting the University's growing needs of purchased items, with the aim of facilitating our mission and out of keenness that these needs should be recorded in the University's accredited budget before the issuance of obligation and the purchase order. The Directorate further supports all the directorates, academic entities and colleges through providing their needs of equipment and supplies or concluding the relevant contracts.

Mission
Continual recognition of the new practices in procurement and offering the services of supply for all the University's members and organizational entities according to the best possible levels and on the suitable times, as well as applying the standards agreed upon in the procurement processes in line with the best practices in light of the University policies and procedures.
Objectives- Prepare the annual budget for the Directorate activities and monitor its implementation after being accredited.
- Set up a program of the procurement annual needs in coordination with the different academics in the University.
- Perform all the executive tasks relating to services and procurement according to the accredited policies and procedures.
- Create databases of contractors, consultants, suppliers, contracted companies and price offers, and continually update them.
- Secure the means of transportation for the University's students – males and females – and visitors, and carry out the tasks relating to transporting the teaching staff in fulfillment of the University educational activities.
- Prepare periodical reports on the Directorate activities, achievements and the proposals for work development.
