Step 1


Required Documents to Al Qasimia University’s Bachelor’s Programs​ :

  1. The original secondary certificate.
  2. The original transcripts for the secondary stage grades (tenth – eleve​nth – twelfth).
  3. Attestation of all certificates by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country from which the certificate is issued, and the UAE embassy in the concerned country. In the absence of the UAE embassy in the country, it shall be attested by an embassy of one of the Arab countries operating in this country.
  4. Legally translating foreign certificates into Arabic or English, and attesting them from the above-mentioned authorities.
  5. Submission of what states that the Ministry of Education in the country of issuance acknowledges the institute or school awarding the certificate, and that their graduates can join the public Universities in this country.
  6. Translation of the passport into the Arabic language and attesting the translated copy from both the Ministry of Education of the student's own country and the UAE Embassy therein.
  7. Completed application form.
  8. A copy of the student's passport valid for not less than two years.
  9. recent colorful personal photos (3×4) with a white background.
  10. A certificate of proof of criminal status (valid) approved by the country whose nationality the student holds - if he is a newcomer from outside the country - indicating his good conduct and behaviour, with a legal translation for its content into Arabic and English. 
  11. A copy of the birth certificate or what alike, with a legal translation for its content in case the data is not written in Arabic or English.
  12. A health fitness certificate issued by a government hospital in the student’s country stating that he is free of all infectious diseases. The certificate is certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the issuing country, provided that no more than three months have elapsed since the date of issuance.​



​Required Documents for Admission to Master’s Programs
Applicants to master’s programs must complete and submit the following documents in full.

  1. Bachelor’s degree certificate, duly attested.
  2. Academic transcript or a statement of courses taken during the bachelor’s program, showing grades and credit hours for each course.
  3. Attestation of all required certificates and documents by the Ministry of Education or the Ministry of Higher Education, as applicable, and by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country where the certificate was issued, and by the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in that country. If there is no UAE embassy, attestation must be completed by the embassy of an accredited Arab country in the same country.
  4. Employer approval to enroll in the master’s program for applicants inside the United Arab Emirates, if applicable.
  5. Two academic recommendation letters from two faculty members in the academic department from which the applicant graduated.
  6. A copy of a valid Emirates ID for applicants inside the United Arab Emirates.
  7. Legal certified translation of certificates and documents issued in languages other than Arabic or English, with attestation by the competent authorities mentioned above.
  8. Legal certified translation of the passport into Arabic, with attestation of the translated copy by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the applicant’s country and the UAE embassy there.
  9. Completion of the admission application form, with all required information filled in accurately.
  10. A copy of the applicant’s valid passport, with a remaining validity of no less than two years.
  11. Twelve recent color personal photographs, size 3 x 4, with a white background.
  12. Criminal record certificate issued and certified by the applicant’s country of nationality, for new applicants coming from outside the country. It must confirm good conduct, be valid, and be legally translated into Arabic and English when required.
  13. A copy of the birth certificate or an equivalent document, with a legal certified translation if the document is issued in a language other than Arabic or English.
  14. Medical fitness certificate issued by a government hospital in the applicant’s country, confirming the applicant is free from infectious diseases. It must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the issuing country, and the issuance date must be within the last three months.

Second step


Instructions

  1. You must fill in all fields marked with an asterisk (*). Incomplete applications will not be considered.
  2. For required documents, all uploaded files must be clear and in color. All attachments must be uploaded in JPG format, except the last two attachments, Form 1 and Form 2, which must be uploaded in PDF format.
  3. Accepted students will be distributed among the university’s colleges within the approved intake numbers for each college and according to each program’s capacity, based on their preference priorities and their GPA ranking.​

Stages of Submitting the Online Application

  1. ​Complete the online admission application through the approved system.
  2. The student must complete all required documents, including sending certified true copies of the final secondary school certificates, personal photographs, and any additional documents requested.​
