Participation Guidelines


  1. All submitted papers will undergo rigorous academic peer review. Submissions must adhere to academic research standards, including a clear introduction, methodology, significance, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
  2. Papers must align with the conference themes and exhibit originality, clarity of language, and scholarly integrity.
  3. Research papers should be properly structured and include a summary of no more than 300 words and five keywords.
  4. Submissions must be original and not previously published or presented at other academic events or as part of a graduation project.
  5. All references must be cited in footnotes at the bottom of each page in the following order: author’s name, title, edition, publisher, location, year, volume, and page number. Use "n.ed." for no edition, and "n.d." for no date.
  6. Papers should be between 15–25 pages in length, using Traditional Arabic font size 16 for the main text and 14 for footnotes, with 2.5 cm margins on all sides.
  7. Quranic verses must be written in Uthmani script, and Hadiths must be sourced from authentic references.
  8. Each paper must end with a conclusion summarizing key findings and recommendations.
  9. Ensure the quality of any images and clarity of tables included.
  10. Individual and joint submissions (up to 3 authors) are accepted.
  11. A CV and required documents must be submitted for each author using the registration form.
  12. Authors must incorporate required revisions from reviewers within the specified time.
  13. Accepted and recommended papers will be published in the conference proceedings and shared with authors electronically.
  14. Authors must ensure the accuracy of their personal information, especially academic rank, institution, email, and phone number.
  15. Participants will receive a certificate and conference materials.
  16. Authors are responsible for travel, accommodation, and visa costs.
  17. Authors must prepare a 10-minute summary of their paper for presentation in the approved format.
  18. The university reserves the right to reject any submission without explanation.
