Scouting movement, a volunteer movement, is based on a group of the noble values representing in the performance of the Divine Duty in the first place, and then the duty towards home. It also concentrates on making students have the spirit of responsibility and acquire the virtues of truthfulness, good morals and a sense of humanity.

Al Qasimia University Scouts work on preparing a generation of youths able to shoulder the responsibility and enjoy considerable skills, profound insight and a strong determination that lead them towards engagement in the positive practical life, so that they could serve themselves and their societies.

Scouts follow a painstaking plan based on promoting the values of loyalty and belonging to home, being pride of identity, and adhering to the religion of Islam, its teachings and noble values- a plan that urges them to care about their health and bodies, so that they would be effective members in their societies.

It is worth mentioning that the First Scout in the Emirate of Sharjah was founded in November 1954 A.D under the leadership of Mr. Mohammed Diab Al Mousa – teacher at Al Qasimia School in Sharjah -, with HIS HIGHNESS SHEIKH DR. SULTAN BIN MOHAMMED ALQASIMI​, may Allah protect him, as its first leader. ​
