The Public Relations Management serves as a link between the university and the institutions related to its academic, scientific, intellectual, and cultural work within the United Arab Emirates. It aims to strengthen communication between the university and the internal and external public, serving as a vital link between the various faculties and departments.
The responsibilities of public relations management encompass both administrative and technical tasks, in addition to the core tasks related to organizing logistical arrangements and scheduling cultural events in all their forms. Public relations management provides information and data about the university and its services, as well as its current and future development projects, and it is responsible for disseminating this information to the relevant parties.

Mission:To enhance effective communication within the environment of Al-Qasimia University and beyond, according to the best practices in the field of public relations, and to strengthen the relationship between the university and its strategic partners and the community as a whole.
Objectives: - Enhancing interpersonal relationships within Al-Qasimia University community.
- Developing interactive civilizational relationships between Al-Qasimia University and relevant institutions.
- Introducing the university's mission, objectives, and activities through creative methods aligned with its vision.
- Engaging with the community by participating in events related to the university's mission, objectives, and activities.
- Strengthening the relationships between the university, its academic and administrative units, and all sectors of the local community, and establishing continuous channels of communication.
- Managing and coordinating internal and external events related to Al-Qasimia University.
- Participating in the development and implementation of all necessary promotional plans to market the services and academic programs offered by the university.
Responsibilities and Services: - Organizing and preparing various exhibitions held within and outside the university, and providing all necessary requirements in coordination with the different working units, including colleges and departments.
- Actively participating in the preparation and organization of activities and events organized by the colleges and departments, and continuously documenting them.
- Participating and being present in scientific and cultural forums held at the national level to introduce the university, its colleges, and its offered specialties.
- Participating in important programs, such as celebrations, social and intellectual activities with the community and the surrounding environment, in coordination with the Higher University Administration.
- Providing logistical support for organizing international and local conferences and seminars within the university premises (supervising the preparation of theaters, flowers, gifts, and trophies, distributing invitations, hanging or publishing informative posters and announcements for all events).
- Welcoming university guests and facilitating their arrival procedures at the airports of the country.
- Documenting all events and activities and coordinating them in terms of locations, dates, and different venues.
