The Human Resources (HR) Management at the university is responsible for implementing appropriate procedures to provide all HR services to all university employees according to best practices in the field of HR. In order to achieve this, the management aims to streamline work procedures to ensure effective services. The HR management seeks to attract employees based on the best selection criteria and then develop their job skills through continuous assessment and training courses that align with the university's mission and vision.

A model management in providing HR services that motivates all employees and utilizes their full capabilities and potentials.
 
Mission:
Supporting the university's efforts in attracting and recruiting competencies, developing employee capabilities, and achieving positive relationships and a stable work environment based on modern HR methodologies.
 
Objectives: 
  1. Attracting the best talents who can embrace and work towards the university's mission.
  2. Creating a non-traditional and motivating work environment for employees.
  3. Ensuring the development of employees' capabilities and the application of job satisfaction concepts and principles.
  4. Coordinating with all academic and administrative units of the university to identify human resource needs.
  5. Performing all tasks related to employee affairs at the university according to approved policies, procedures, and best practices.
  6. Resolving various issues for employees at the university in a professional and impartial manner based on approved policies and procedures, ensuring continuity of work.
