Al Qasimia University, represented by Prof. Rashad Mohamed Salem, University Chancellor, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Educational Center for the Arabic Language for the Gulf Countries, one of the organs of the Arab Education Bureau for the Gulf Countries, represented by His Excellency Issa Al Hammadi, Director of the Center.
