Step 1


Required Documents to Al Qasimia University’s Bachelor’s Programs​ :

  1. The original secondary certificate.
  2. The original transcripts for the secondary stage grades (tenth – eleve​nth – twelfth).
  3. Attestation of all certificates by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country from which the certificate is issued, and the UAE embassy in the concerned country. In the absence of the UAE embassy in the country, it shall be attested by an embassy of one of the Arab countries operating in this country.
  4. Legally translating foreign certificates into Arabic or English, and attesting them from the above-mentioned authorities.
  5. Submission of what states that the Ministry of Education in the country of issuance acknowledges the institute or school awarding the certificate, and that their graduates can join the public Universities in this country.
  6. Translation of the passport into the Arabic language and attesting the translated copy from both the Ministry of Education of the student's own country and the UAE Embassy therein.
  7. Completed application form.
  8. A copy of the student's passport valid for not less than two years.
  9. recent colorful personal photos (3×4) with a white background.
  10. A certificate of proof of criminal status (valid) approved by the country whose nationality the student holds - if he is a newcomer from outside the country - indicating his good conduct and behaviour, with a legal translation for its content into Arabic and English. 
  11. A copy of the birth certificate or what alike, with a legal translation for its content in case the data is not written in Arabic or English.
  12. A health fitness certificate issued by a government hospital in the student’s country stating that he is free of all infectious diseases. The certificate is certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the issuing country, provided that no more than three months have elapsed since the date of issuance.​



Required Documents for Admission to Al Qasimia University’s Master’s Programs :
  1. An attested bachelor's degree certificate.
  2. An official academic transcript showing all completed courses during the undergraduate program, including grades and credit hours.
  3. Attestation of all certificates by the Ministry of Education or Higher Education (as applicable), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of issuance, and the UAE Embassy in that country. If there is no UAE Embassy, the certificates must be attested by the embassy of any Arab country operating in that country.
  4. A letter of approval from the applicant’s employer to enroll in a master’s program (for applicants residing in the UAE).
  5. Submission of academic recommendation letters from two professors affiliated with the academic department from which the applicant graduated.​
  6. A valid Emirates ID (for applicants residing in the UAE).
  7. Legal translation of all foreign certificates into Arabic or English, with attestation from the entities mentioned above.
  8. A legally translated copy of the passport into Arabic, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the applicant’s country and the UAE Embassy there.
  9. A completed application form.
  10. A copy of the applicant’s passport, valid for at least two years.
  11. Twelve recent color passport-sized photographs (3×4 cm) with a white background.
  12. A criminal record certificate issued by the applicant’s country of nationality (for new international applicants), confirming good conduct and valid at the time of submission. The certificate must be legally translated into both Arabic and English.
  13. A copy of the birth certificate or equivalent document, with a legal translation if the original is not in Arabic or English.
  14. A medical fitness certificate issued by a government hospital in the applicant’s home country, confirming that the applicant is free from all communicable diseases. This certificate must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country of issuance and must not be older than three months from the date of issue.

Second step


Instructions

  1. Applicants must fill all the starred (*) items, stressing that incomplete applications will not be considered.
  2. Concerning the required documents, all documents to be uploaded must be in color and clear, and the file must be in (PDF) format on one page for each document, and the personal photo must be in (jpg) format​.
  3. Accepted students will be distributed to the colleges of the university colleges within the limits of the numbers to be accepted in each college according to the capacity of each program, the priorities of their desires and the sequence of their grades.

Online Application Stages

  1. Fill in the online enrolment application.
  2. ​The student must complete all the required documents including sending a certified copy (original) of the final high school certificates, personal photos or any additional documents requested by the Admissions Registration Department.
